Change in Direction again..

Welcome,

I am posting this post feeling a very different person from my last one.

I have been able to achieve one of my goals that I had been seeking for quite a while. August 6th I left my full time job to persue my life's purpose on a full time basis! Yeah... There have definitely been times when I thought this was never happen. Yet here I am 3 months on from that wonderful decision. Admittingly I have had to tweak a few things in my life as time has passed to get to where I wanted to be. There were times I felt as though I had taken a few wrong turns along the way but as I look at things now everything was & has evolved perfectly.

Those moments & tough decisions I chose to make over the last 12 months so were so worth the sleepless nights because now I am happier than I have been in such a long time. It's interesting to observe ourselves when thing aren't going how you want them to, or how we think they should be happening. In all honesty I didn't realise the effect stress was having on my life. My health suffered & now all of that is changing so I shall let you know my progress.

I am working part time for another business man which I am immensely enjoying. He has a couple of minor health issues which is great for me as I will be able to help him move through those quite quickly.
He is open to experiencing raw foods, juices & smoothies so again I am in my element.

During the other days I am able to concentrate on my other passions. gee the list just always seems to be growing! I will be a lot more pro-active with my website http://www.thewholesomefoodcoach.com.au/ & making regular updates. I haven't been in contact with those on my database for a while so I also intend to change that as well. And also continuing on with more ideas & products for clients.

I have started my long awaited project of writing my first book. It is about the adventures of life in the kitchen from a female perspective. So check out a sneak preview of it through my blog.

Until next time.

Stay safe.
